Proteins: It is a most essential nutrients for the human body. It helps to build a blocks of body tissue. Protein sources are sea food, white meat, milk, cheese, eggs, and beans.
Globular Protein: It is soluble and spherical in shape.
Fibrous Protein: It is elongated and is insoluble.
Vitamin: It is an essential micro-nutrient that comes under organic molecules. All organisms required different vitamin.
For Example: human needs to consume vitamin C. There are number of vitamin i.e vitamin A,B,C,D,E and vitamin K.
Fat: Fat is also know as triglycerides. Choose food with good unsaturated fats. Foods high in good fats include vegetable oils (such as olive, canola, sunflower, soy, and corn), nuts, seeds, and fishes.
Minerals: It is a naturally occurring chemical compound. The minerals such as calcium, phosphorus, potassium, sulfur, sodium, chloride, magnesium, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, iodine and many others.
Fibre: Fibre is important for our digestive health and it also helps in preventing some diseases such as diabetes, heart disease and bowel cancer. Some fruits and vegetables has fibre such as apples, bananas, oranges, dark colored vegetables and potatoes.
Water & Roughage: Water helps to hydrates our body. Roughage not gives energy to our body yet, it is helpful for our body due to ensures the free- flow of the solid wastes.
